Trouble with Python 3.0?

Python 3.0 was released on December 3, 2008. This release is an important milestone in Python development. While Python 3.0 adds many new features to the Python language, this release also breaks backwards compatibility in many significant ways. This includes applications written in Python, and extension modules written in C.
